Epoxy resin
In comparison to UP-resins epoxy resins clearly have the better properties concerning mechanical parameters (static and dynamic stability, e-module) and chemical resistiveness. The processing of epoxy resins is also a lot easier and there are no harmful styrene vapours. A broad spectrum of viscosities for the various preocedures like vakuum infusion, RTM or hand lamination offer flexibility in the manufacturing. All curing agents are compatible among each other and can be mixed for the individual configuration of the properties.

LR385 / LH385
The epoxy resin laminating system LR385 / LH385 is approved by the German Federal Agency of Aviation. It is suitable for the production of microlight and small aircrafts as well as gliders, however it is also used for model making.
