In comparison to UP-resins epoxy resins clearly have the better properties concerning mechanical parameters (static and dynamic stability, e-module) and chemical resistiveness. The processing of epoxy resins is also a lot easier and there are no harmful styrene vapours. A broad spectrum of viscosities for the various preocedures like vakuum infusion, RTM or hand lamination offer flexibility in the manufacturing. All curing agents are compatible among each other and can be mixed for the individual configuration of the properties. Please note our minimum order quantities!

 

HACOPOL R131 GL zertifiziert

With its various hardeners the 2K epoxy resin system HACOPOL R131 covers all the important processing and character profiles. Through the usage of only one base resin it is a flexible and efficient system. In combination with the hardeners H543 and H546 the resin system HACOPOL R131 is certified by Germanischer Lloyd.

The epoxy resin laminating system LR385 / LH385 is approved by the German Federal Agency of Aviation. It is suitable for the production of microlight and small aircrafts as well as gliders, however it is also used for model making.

LR135 / LH134 - LH138, LR235 / LH234 - LH239

The epoxy resin laminating system LR135 / LR235 is approved by the German Federal Agency of Aviation. It is espacially suitable for the production of rotor blades including repairs, the production of yachts and other larger components. The LR235 compared to the LR135 is also crystallization fixed.

Toolfusion®
